looking for: recipe using persimmons and apples
I have a boat load of fuyu persimmons and a bunch of winesap apples...ideas anyone, other than chutney? Some kind of pie would be good.
The fuyus are the firm type of persimmon -- would they slice up well mixed with apple slices in a pie? I don't want to waste the apples since I can't get any more of the winesaps.
