Peanut Butter and Jam Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
Strawberry (or other type) jam

Thoroughly combine peanut butter, sugar and egg to make a smooth dough. Roll dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Use fork to press cookies down. Use thumb to make indentation in center of each cookie; add 1 tsp. jam to indentations.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 24 cookies.

Thanks for posting all of your cookie recipes. I don't bake often, but I'm copying and pasting!

This recipe doesn't have any flour, right??

Great idea to do a thumbprint. My favorite peanut butter cookie is also flourless but has another 1/2 c. sugar and a tsp. vanilla. I like the lesser amount of sugar. Can eat twice as many! Thanks.
