RECIPE: Mashed Potatoes with Celery Root and Mascarpone

My sister made this for Thanksgiving and it was great (it did need a little more salt than she used to boil the potatoes). very lite, and I totally forgot there was celeriac in it until she reminded me later.

Thanks, Sue, I just learned about celery root the other day but have never tasted it yet - how would you describe its taste? I'm pretty sure I'd like it and this recipe sounds so good.
