RECIPE: Ice Box Fruit Cake
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 boxes of vanilla wafers crushed
2 cups of chopped pecans
1 bottle of Maraschino cherries cut in half
1/2 cup of coconut
Mix milk & wafers until thick. Add nuts & cherries into stiff batter. Press into a loaf pan sprinkle coconut on top. Chill & keep in the ice box..
