RECIPE: Aji - Fantastic on Grilled Steak
My sister saw this in July's Bon Appetit; it's a Steven Raichlen creation (the BBQ Bible guy). It is paired with flank steak in the magazine, however we've had it with rib eyes (another beefy-tasting cut) and it was fantastic!
The color is gorgeous from the jalepenos, cilantro, and scallions...and the taste is amazing - fresh and lively.
It has become our 'go to' accompaniment for grilled meat. I think you'll like it too.
