RECIPE: What do you Donut makers use?

rusty_nsSeptember 30, 2008

I just got into making donuts but the old recipes I have of Mothers all call for the donuts to be fried in Lard.

I have a pumpkin donut recipe I want to try but not sure what to use to fry them in.

What do you donut makers use?
