I've searched the web and haven't found what I'm looking for yet. Does anyone have a recipe for peach jalapeno jelly? If so, would you pass it along? I'd appreciate any help I can get.
I invented one...
3 1/2 cups ripe peaches chopped fairly small
1/2 cup jalapeno chopped, include the seeds if you like it hot.
Juice and rind of one lemon
7 1/2 cups sugar
Mix and bring to a full rolling boil....boil hard for 3 minutes, add onc pack Certo and bring to a boil and boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and pour into 8 sterile ( boiled for 10 minutes)1/2 pint jars,wipe rims of jars place lids on loosley and process in a HWB for 10 minutes.
I think it needed some vinegar....and really wasn'tv ery hot.
