RECIPE: mexican lasagna
1 can Rotel
1 can refried beans
1 pound ground meat
pack of tortillas
brown meat; add taco seasoning; drain; add rotel and refried beans.
Place the tortillas in a pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Place a layer
of rotel, beans and meat. Place another layer of tortillas, add another
layer of rotel, beans and meat, next add another layer of tortillas. Continue
to do this until you are out of meat, beans and rotel. Add cheese on top.
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
