LOOKING for: Fresh green Chimayo chile peppers
My stepdaughter visited friends, and came back with a bag full off fresh, green (not red) Chimayo peppers. They are about 4 to 5 inches long, and about an inch wide. I haven't tried tasting one yet. I'm trying to figure out what to do with them. What I'm finding on the web is all about dried Chimayos or dried-and-ground Chimayos. Saw a couple things about what to do with "ripe" (aka red) Chimayos. But nothing about green ones. Any suggestions?
