LOOKING for: Ruby Tuesday "Low Country Shrimp & Grits"
We both absolutely love this dish.
I haven't been able to duplicate it on my own, or find just the right "copycat" recipe.
1. The grits are fixed with a blend of six different cheeses.
2. The cream sauce uses a basic parmesean cheese sauce, but adds bacon, andouille sausage, red & green bell peppers, onions, cremini mushrooms, and cream.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
