RECIPE: mexican taco corn for grill or oven

lizzierouxJuly 6, 2007

We did these for the 4th and they were a big hit, and simple to make. Lay 4 pieces in heavy foil. Mix the butter, cayenne & the mix together, and brush over the corn. Fold the foil to make a nice packet. Grill corn packets for about 30 minutes, turning ocassionally, or place in a preheated oven at 375-400 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.

I did use add more cayenne pepper to give it more of a kick, however if you use the hot taco mix, be careful when adding the cayenne.Use your own imagination/taste by adding whatever spices you like. You may double/triple the recipe.

8 pieces of corn

1/2 cup butter

1/2 package taco seasoning mix (your choice)

Dash cayenne
