With homegrown tomatoes in-season, now is the time to make BLT's. Attached is a link to my blog that describes the ultimate BLT - a classic made better by kicking the ingredients up one notch. Perfect for 4th of July lunch.

I don't even use bacon on mine anymore. I use fried prosciutto instead. Much better!
