How'd it turn out?
Hi Chery - I goofed and I didn't have any old, soft bananas to use on Friday when I was baking. I made "cinnamon sensation coffeecake" instead since I had all the ingredients. I now have a couple of bananas set aside to ripen just to make your bread in a couple of days - I'm still thinking about that orange, LOL. I do believe that I will use real sugar instead of Splenda, when I do make it.
