There is a recipe for a Chili Relleno Breakfast Bake..........do you think this could be mixed up the night before and baked the next morning??
I have no idea about making it the night before, but I noticed the same recipe and cut it out. My husband loves chorizo. I was acutally thinking of making it, then cutting it up in serving sized pieces, and freezing them to use for quick, savory breakfasts.
