RECIPE: Barefoot Contessa Taramisu Masu Rum Raisin raisin recip

Hi

I need help~ This this recipe is calling for 6 raw eggs. Without baking or cooking them. Would you eat them? They are just mixed and refriderated overnight.

Could you use pasteurized eggs? It's probably not a big deal unless someone pregnant or a person with immune issues eats it. I wouldn't but lots do.
