RECIPE: more flavor jams/jellies ...?

I wanted to find a recipe for making jams or jellies where I could use less sugar ... most to me overcome the great fruit flavors with the sugar! I did have one recipe but the jam/jelly had to be kept refrigerated & took up too much refr. space when I made several jars!

Am I searching for something that won't work?
Appreciate your ideas!

As the sugar is the preservative, I'm not surprised a low-sugar product needs to be kept in the refrigerator. You will have to either make smaller batches or forget the idea entirely IMO.
