RECIPE: Incredibly simple but tasty pork chops
Just had to post this, it is SO simple, yet proved so much of an improvement on the plain old pork chops I had in the freezer, that my wife asked me to do them again after a week or so :)
spices (pepper, ground paprika, salt)
glass of red wine
What to do:
Cover pork chops in spices. Fry until lightly browned. Place in oven dish. Add sliced onions, pour wine over (and I put some bay leaves in there). Bake covered in oven until, well... ready.
That is IT, no messing around with measurements and this is so tasty compared to just plain old frying.
