LOOKING for: Country Journal pancake recipe
Some time back in the mid to late 80's there was a recipe in an issue of Country Journal for pancakes. It was great and whenever I used it for guests they requested it; now I've lost my only copy and can't track it down. It had cornmeal, flour (perhaps part whole wheat), oatmeal, eggs, milk, and I don't remember other details or amounts. Pretty soon I'm just going to experiment; it can't be hard to duplicate, but I thought I'd ask here first in case someone else has it... anyone? Thanks!
