I was wondering if anyone had a tried and true recipe for zucchini bread. I would like a glaze topping with that if at all possible.
I found Marilyn's recipe, looks good, I think I will try that. But I know I have had zucchini break with a glaze over it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
LEMON GLAZE FROSTING:
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together until smooth.
If you want vanilla glaze, use some milk instead of the lemon juice
