Showings after under contract?
I am so thankful that we are under contract for full price after only 3 weeks. This area is somewhat protected from market swings by a large university. The contract is subject to the usual contingencies including the buyers successful closure of their already under contract property. Fingers crossed for a successful conclusion as we have already purchased a property.
What is your opinion about continuing to show the property for a possible back up offer after we exchanged contracts last night? Is it worth all the inconvenience? I'm not sure that I would entertain offering on a house already under contract.
