Selling a rental or starter home
I have an entry level home for sale very affordable $54,000. It is in an area of rental and starter homes and is currently empty.
Is it easier to sell an investment property when it is rented or empty? What is your experience? I have some first time home buyers interested and don't want to lose that market by putting a renter in...but don't want to miss on the investors because it is empty...Anyone have any experience with selling rentals?
