Using a Hera

kay_in_paMarch 15, 2011

While prepping for the new applique/paper pieced lotto, I thought I'd share some information on my favorite applique tool, the hera. I find needle turned applique very relaxing, and the hera makes turning those edges so much easier.

You'll find a brief tutorial in the link below on our Google Docs lotto pages.

Hope you enjoy it.

Kay, thanks for the tutorial. It looks like a good tool to have. Where would you buy one of these?

Thanks, Geraldine. I got mine at Joann's, but they're not difficult to find once you notice them.

I think I only paid about $3 for mine, using a coupon.

There's a link below to show how they're packaged.
