Does this wall need Thoroseal? (pic)

We want to use Cultured Stone on the back side of that bond beam. Does it need Thoroseal or somesuch first? (Of course the black paper and whatever those wood forms/trim is has been removed. Now it's just the gunite wall.)

Yes it should be sealed.
