Motorized screens for porch

dbrad_gwSeptember 5, 2012

We are seriously considering a Phantom Screens product for our new build and wondered if anyone here had any experience with them or with a similar product. We first saw this concept at a recent builder open house event we attended, and we fell in love. The cost of it all has us looking for alternatives though. Of course, if these guys are the only game in town we'll be coughing up the money anyway, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to check around.

Here is a link that might be useful: Phantom Screens

It depends on the size of the porch of course, but the size we need will cost about $7-8k.
