Redwood deck preservation

rbtronpxJuly 2, 2009

I destroyed the appearance of my redwood deck with

BEHR's redwood deck stain. It now looks painted. The deck is still structurally sound but needs refinishing.

I am building a new project and would like to preserve the redwood color if possible.

Will linseed oil be suitable in the South-West Desert environment?

Robert

Using linseed oil on an outdoor project is so far back in time it predates the invention of Water. Defentley do not use it for a lot of reasons. J.
