Silgranit vs. Quartz Sinks

marcia59March 15, 2013

I'm sorry to ask a question that I suspect has been answered here a million times, but I haven't had any luck searching with either the GW search function or doing a site specific search on Google.

I know there's a lot of love for silgranit sinks here. How are they better than quartz sinks such as Caeserstone or Silestone?

I cannot answer how (or if) they are better as I have a silgranit sink and have never had a quartz sink. We are three years in and our sink looks as good as when we installed it. It is eash to clean. Every few months I use mineral oil on the sink to shine it up a bit.
