OK everyone, fess up. Have you figured your calorie usage yet? I must admit I was not good this past week, but I did have the grands all week (they spent the night twice), and spent one night in the ER (DD#2 has really bad ear infection) so I haven't gotten as much exercise as I would have liked. It hasn't been easy to get my 30 minutes a day, but I have tried. How about everyone else, how are you doing?
