Leveling stamped concrete

elixir75March 12, 2013

I had a concrete patio poured last summer and the contractor decided to maintain the downgrade. Consequently, chairs feel slanted and things roll off the table. How easily can I make this leveled? What are the options?

Sounds like a workmanship issue which should be covered under a warranty.

"contractor decided to maintain the downgrade"

and this was written into the contract?

"matching the existing grade"

Or was the contract to pour a level slab with an eigth of an inch per foot slope away from the house?

why don't you read the contract and get back to us!
