Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater + Point of Use (all electric)

I'm building a new home that is a 3000 sq. ft ranch with one side of the house having 3 kids bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and laundry while the other side will only have the master bath and basement bath. I just bought the 50 gallon GE Geospring Hybrid-Electric hot water tank and I was going to place it on the side of the house with the kids. But my question is can I put a point of use instant on water heater on the parent side and just reheat the water and keep up. If so what size and models should I be looking at. The master bath and basement baths are about 60-70 feet from where we will be placing the geospring.

Also is this the most efficient way to do it? I don't want to buy another geospring.

If a HPWH is the most efficient way for you to heat your water, why even consider a different type if you have the space for another tank?
