Backsplash at Menard's

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me more about these types of tiles I saw at Menard's. They are one square foot of 2x2 tiles, but instead of being mesh mounted, they look like they have a line of glue holding them together. They have about 1/8" spacing between each tile. It appears as if you could cut individual tiles out and replace with 2x2 decorative tiles if you wanted to do so. They were really cheap... like $3.00 per sheet or so, but they looked nice. They were a matte finish; not shiny bathroom-like.

How does one mount these on the wall? Just like a mesh-mounted type?

I need to investigate them further before I consider them, but for the price, I really do like them.

I don't even know what Menard's is, but can you buy one sheet and check it out? At $3 a sheet, it's definitely worth investigating if you like the tile!

Good luck!
