ANY SUGGESTIONS HOW TO GET HOT WATER TO MY SHOWER FASTER.

It seems I waste a lot of water.

You could install a hot water circulation loop. This will circulate hot water at all times or on a schedule to ensure hot water instantly when you open your shower valve.

Just make sure to run the cold a few minutes before drinking or brushing with it.

The best way is to plumb a return line than you don't have the issue brickeyee is talking about. If you have access and you use pex, this is not terribly expensive.
