Convection Roast Whole Chicken in Breville Oven?
I'm going to roast a chicken that weighs about 4.5 lbs.
Breville's manual says the convection setting is default for roasting and to roast a whole chicken for 30 minutes per pound.

This sounds really excessive especially at the convection setting where I have seen as low as 15 minutes per pound bandied about.
Has anyone used one of the Breville 800XL smart ovens to roast a whole chicken?
I have it in the oven at 350 convection right now and I guess I'll start checking on it after an hour.
