outdoor shower

We are going to build an outdoor shower and I have a water source to tie into (cold water). Of course, I want hot water, so we need to determine how to heat it. We already have the outdoor fixtures we want to use. Now I just need to determine how to heat the water (propane is what i am assuming) and which system to purchase to accomplish this because I want to hook it to fixtures, not just have a box. We are looking at permanent not portable. It will be visible, so I want it to look nice. Any suggestions on what to use and ideas or pictures of how you did it? Thanks!

If the shower is going to be attached to your house I dont see why you could not tap into the domestic water supply. Otherwise you may want to check out one of the electric on-demand style water heaters. I think Ariston makes a line of these - used widely in Asia. You might also check out companies that manufacture RV water heaters. They might make a product you can use either electric or propane. Hope this helps.
