Pex A or Pex B

What is the difference between Pex A and Pex B?

Should I care which is used for my plumbing lines in my house?

Why might you pick one over the other?

Pex A is cured with peroxide. Pex B with silane, Pex C with radiation.

There are not any real differences in their performance ratings (ASTM F876 and ASTM F877).

Pex B does better on out of spec pressure and is better in chlorine testing, but all meet the standards.
