What does it mean to "reload a page" when my submitted question does not appear?
Refresh. On Windows 7, there's a small circular icon at the right side of the URL. Click on that.
Or you can right-click anywhere on the page that is not a link, and choose reload.
It means that you need to bring up the page again so that current data will be displayed.
Another, and easier way, is to press the F5 key on your keyboard, or click the go button next to the address bar.
However, you're better off to do a Shift+F5 or right-click, press and hold the shift key and click reload or refresh (depending on the browser) and that will do a "hard" or full reload of the page from the website. If you only click refresh/reload or F5, you might only reload the page from your browser's cache file. If it only is a cached page reload, it won't necessarily show changes you want to see.
Simplest method to be sure to get what you want? Shift+F5 (assuming you're using Windows).
