the epitome of innocence...
and, the amazing pretzel boy!
surveying their vast kingdom...
Funny - thanks for the smile
Such beautiful big babies! Thanks for sharing their shenanigans. :)
I avoided this thread for three days, expecting the worst, until curiosity just overcame my trepidation. LOL I did. I should have known better. I am in love with your beautiful babies, having been raised with a Dane by my side, and having Ridgeback g'dog. If the word Noble beast can be used on any animal those qualify.
LOL. I was prepared for the worst! Vicious dogs you've got there ;]
I called that gutted. Then you have pelt toys. These "new" dogs I have don't play with toys at all.
Love your trashing dogs.
Ahhh, she was caught red-pawed!!! LOL
Did she open the toy box too?
Couple of smart cookies you've got there, Nina!!
I was avoiding the thread because of the title too... Pleasantly surprised!
Your dogs look nice and spoiled. :)
my dogs? spoiled? whatever would give you such an idea?? ;)
nope, murraysmom, the lid to the toy box stays open 24/7. i am trying to teach them both to put their toys AWAY when they are finished destuffing....errrr, i mean playing with them!
LOL calliope! i never thought about the thread title keeping anybody away!
thanks for the compliments, everybody. my puppers are my very best friends, they make getting up in the morning worth it!
Our last dog was a very spoilt schnauzer who didn't learn to play with toys until he was at least eight years old. When it finally dawned on him, we bought him oodles of them and kept them in a woven basket on the living room hearth. Nobody ever taught him to do it, but yes he did put his toys back in it. We would roll with laughter when he went through his little cache trying to decide what to play with, and dragging it back out.
Hhahahahahaah Ninapearl.......love it, and I was also prepared for carnage.
Forgot to ask, did your Blues re nest?
YES, lisa!! she is incubating 4 eggs. i have the sparrow spooker up and i am holding my breath as the house wrens are back already. i tried a wren guard and momma blue would have NOTHING to do with it. tried several times and she was in such a panic, i had to take it down. hopefully, the wrens will leave this nesting alone!
calliope, that's awesome! what a smart dog!!
