I have found an article cover how to reduce camera shake, the author Natalie Norton explores 6 ways you can hand hold lenses at low apertures and low shutter speeds and still avoid blurry images caused by camera shake. I think this is good, anyway hope it can be helpful to you:

Thanks for some nice tips.

Of course, folks already think I'm a bit odd for some of the positions I get in to get the best angle on shots... imitating pretzel shapes should not change their general perception of me much. ;)

The link is informative however it fails to mention taking a few short breaths and then holding your breath when you push the shutter button. Years ago (78 now) I could take good color slides using Kodachrome when the ASA/DIN was 10, long before high speed emulsions were available. Elbows in is a must also. No need to change the center of gravity by spreading your wings.
