I somehow screwed up trying different things with my paintshop and now i have measuring rulers around some pictures and don't know how to remove them . HELP

When playing around with photo programs, use 'save as' and give the photo a new name. This will insure you have the original. Using 'save' alters the original.

I don't know if this is what you're referring to, but there is some information here about removing "guides" from an image. I hope this helps.
