This is our son, and the Royal Caribbean ship that he and his fiance went on. Who's next?
Tall Ships 2006 - America's Sail
249 foot Cisne Blanco
You call those BIG boats? Pssawh! ;) Here's some big boats
LOL, RC, them's little boats!!!
Masses of masts always make for interesting pics. At least to this landlubber who doesn't get to see them too often.
And, bigack, your boat wouldn't even have fit in the puddle mine were on. ha.
Tall Stacks 2003, Cincinnati,Ohio.
What a great theme.
A quiet side "street" in Venice.
How 'bout a picture taken from a boat?; still in Venice.
And the harbor in Trieste, Italy.
Part of what I've dubbed my "Birds on Boats" series. Lol.
Avila Bay, CA....taken off one of the piers there.
I don't have many boat pictures, which strikes me as odd because my childhood summers were spent on Noyack Bay, and boats still seem to be part of my life. Love them! Good choice, Bigack.
Here's my daughter and her guy on their new ski boat:
My only boat picture
This is the only boat i got...
Well Clair, the old saying is a picture is worth a thousand words. But, on your pic, I'd revise it: a smile is worth a thousand words. Your pic makes me want to find a boat and a buddy and go have some fun.
Another "bird in a boat"....taken at Morro Bay tee pier.
Boats are amazing! I wish I had more pictures of them.
Here are a couple boats docked on a lake
crunchpa...where is your bridge? It reminds me of the new one in Charleston, SC. The old one looked (and felt) like an erector set. :)
Lovely all!...favored..crunchpa with bridge, gor-gor, Carol, that bird looks cool in the boat!
Here my largest in Vancouver
In Colombia, this is how we go on and off the island.
Very cool konrad, cruise ships are amazing boats....pfmastin,the bridge is in the busy port of Charleston,SC. It was part of the endless stream of container ships and military supply aircraft in and out of that city. Something I did not expect when I visited that beautiful town.
Man o man, the pictures get keeping getting better. Boats and sunsets. Lovely.
And, careful observation notes we now have boats and bikinis, you can't beat a deal like that. ;)
WOW, great pics! Getting anxious for the next topic.
Just let me know when you want me to start it. :)
Hey, we just got around to the bikinis on this one. ;)
rc...I can wait. Just in case there might be some more bikinis. ;)
Atta girl Pam! ;)
I forgot about this "boat" I took a few pics of last year down at Houston
And these boats at a marina about 10 days before it was ravaged by the hurricane
The Battleship Texas and Kemah days before Hurricane Ike hit.
My only ship picture is the USS Yorktown aircraft carrier now in Charleston SC.
Hey crunchpa...there's the old bridge in the background!
It's Sunday! Do we have a new theme yet?
There it is pfmastin......the new one is much nicer.
Another crooked picture. Really, I take a few that are not crooked.
Gulls were chasing this boat down. Guess it was stirring up some kind of bait fish. Out of Empire, La. in the Gulf. Saw the big boat coming at us after we came thru the flood gate and then saw the wall of gulls.
