Moon loosing water

Konrad___far_northMarch 27, 2007

Picture from Sunday

This is how I remember the moon, mostly tilt like this and loosing water!

Kt, you have explained it on your thread...thank you!

Oh...there is a guess in this picture, what is the blurry part?

Ice crystals on grass, or blooms on a fruit tree.

Nice photo. That is a rising moon. When it is setting in that phase, it will be reversed, or upside down from that photo.

Joan.....Yes, you got it!
KT, I'm not sure if there is any growing in you area, if not, it's almost impossible to figure it out.

Now you can see a bit of the blurry moon.

.....
But....the setting moon is still loosing water

Thanks KT!
Pusswillows are more of a cooler climate shrub or tree.
For good details on moon I used my birding lens, a 70 - 200 mm IS and a 2X converter,
which brings it up to 400 mm, of coarse a larger zoom, like 600 or 800 mm would be better but
these lenses are about 3 X more money.

Both moon shots are good. Like the pussywillows too.
