Painting over Cabinet Coat

texasdaddyOctober 1, 2013

About 6 years ago, I painted some 1980's rattan barstools white with CC, and I must say they have held up extremely well. I would like to paint them black now. Is there a product that will cover the white CC with as little effort or will I have to sand, prime, etc.?
