Painting and Restoring 1912 home

What colors would you choose? I'm open, but leaning towards a weathered gray look. Would you paint the columns the same as the trim? Thanks for your input!

Cute ... A soft weathered blue-grey with white trim would look good.

Columns are usually treated like the trim
