Paint tile

I wanted to know what is the best way to paint bath room tile. I don't want it to start chipping.

Clean it, sand it, prime it with bonding acrylic primer, paint with 2 coats 100 percent acrylic high quality paint in satin or better sheen. I would use a very small roller 1/4" nap. Do not paint tile in the shower or on the floor because it will never hold up.
