Hansgrohe Talis S facing forward

jansin62February 16, 2013

For those of you who have the Talis faucet facing forward rather than to the side, does it get in your way. I like the way this looks better, but it seems to me that when you go to turn the faucet off, your hands would always get in the way.

Another question, is there a functional reason to have it facing forward, cause my reno is all about function first.

I've commented on my lever placement many times. Here's a link to a discussion about handle levers facing front with some of my comments.

I am very happy, as you'll read, with my front facing placement of both of my Hansgrohe Talis S pulldown both for functional and aesthetic reasons.

Also a fan of placing the lever centered, and it never gets in our way.

Not what you were asking for, but I haven't touched my faucet handle for more than two weeks because of Tapmaster. My hands do not get in the way.
