Warning: gluten-tainted Bob's Red Mill Sorghum flour

party_music50September 16, 2013

I buy my gluten-free flours in bulk now, so was notified that a batch of Bob's Red Mill Sorghum flour wrongly contains gluten. Luckily mine is not from the recall batch -- I frequently give my baked goods to friends who are celiacs and would have felt horrible if it had made them sick!

That is a shame. You are doing your best to control ingredients and making from scratch.
Like the 400 crates of fresh cilantro in August...a travel month, so anyone could pick it up and not know. The only way i suppose is to follow the FDA regularly.
The Bob's flour is not listed here.
