Exterior Color Choice - Help

caitytAugust 2, 2011

Please help me decide on new colors for my siding, roof and shutters. We purchased a home that is mostly red brick, but we need to replace the siding and roof and I'm clueless as to what will look best! We also have white garage doors and window trim, and those colors will stay.

I really like Scottish Thistle siding by Mastic - it seems like a greenish gray color, and I'm wondering if this will work with a gray roof, red brick, and white accents elsewhere, and maybe gray or darker green shutters?

Here is a link to a photo of my house. Any opinions are welcome!

I think you should go with the Thistle! Red and green are beautiful together and a red brick next to a barely green grey would be pretty. I would definitely keep it light though so it doesn't blend in with the brick.

pretty house!
