We are purchasing a home, in FL, and it was built around 1950. I'm adding a link with a video so it shows inside rooms as well.
The Realtor who listed it, describes it as a "carriage house"..?

First off. Beautiful home!
I believe a carriage house would have needed to be part of a larger property with a larger house as the main living quarters. I would call this a sprawling bungalow.

Thanks! I wasn't sure what it was called!
Not a carriage house at all...I'd call it a mid-century ranch. A high-end one with some bungalow features since it's likely a vacation home for the original owner.
Very nice, and the grounds are great--I'd put it right aroumd 1950 or so.
Thanks for the info! The grounds are great, and I bet it was a vacation home.
I just dis a lot of googling, mid-century ranches, I see the bungalow in it, but I don't see it resembling any pictures I googled.
I know the kitchen was once a porch, it may have been a vacation home, or even a guest cottage (there are a few old homes with guest cottages). 3 fireplaces..
