I want to thank all of the people who gave me input on a kitchen in an historic home.
I would love more in put on the current plan. We chose to put a walk-in pantry instead of many upper cabinets, which is an arrangement that I have had before and found quite useful.
So, please tell me what you think

Put a prep sink on the island or you'll be walking a BUNCH of extra steps and using the island will be awkward. And the refrigerator need to be located as close to the perimeter of the kitchen as possible to keep people out of the prep zone.

I just realized the schematic from CA does not label appliances with names only numbers. Let's see if this works.
