Angelaid, you've certainly injected some new energy into the Cooking Forum lately, and I, for one, am grateful! Don't get me wrong: I love the recipes, photos, and discussions of cooking techniques, too; that's why I've been coming here for a long time, even though I'm not a great cook and don't have much to contribute. But you've been raising lots of topics on the *experience* of cooking and eating--our phobias, our memories of childhood, etc--and the discussions have been very interesting and thought-provoking.
