Hi everyone, I am helping out with a dessert table for a 25th anniversary this Friday. I want to make something easy that will be enough for about 60 people, anyone have any ideas???

A good choice would be fruit trays. A selection of berries, grapes, pineapple cut in sticks, would be refreshing.
Really simple idea: large sheet cake, home-made or bought. Have fun.

I realize this is too late to help, but it may be helpful for others. It is a link to a site called Dayle's Growlies for Groups. There's lots of helpful info for feeding crowds, doing your own wedding receptions, etc.

Here is a link that might be useful: Dayle's Growlies for Groups
